- The above price is applicable to groups of 15 or more guests. Register for the tour 60 days before departure.
- Provided that tour services are ready. In case you register for the tour too close to the departure date, the company will charge a surcharge for arising services.
- No refunds will be given for unused services.
- Number of luggage according to airline regulations.
- The order of attractions in the program may change depending on the flight schedule or other objective conditions but still ensure that all sightseeing points are covered.
TOUR CANCELLATION
- 100% deposit will be forfeited immediately after tour registration.
- 100% of the total tour value will be forfeited immediately after the company announces the issuance of air tickets.

In case the group does not have enough 15 adult guests to depart, the company has the right to postpone the schedule with the following conditions:
a/ If the departure date is postponed by more than 30 days and the two parties cannot reach an agreement, the company will refund the deposit after deducting a fee of 495 USD within 7-10 working days (excluding Saturdays & Sundays)
b/ If the departure date is postponed by more than 60 days and the two parties cannot reach an agreement, the company will refund the deposit after deducting a fee of 335 USD within 7-10 working days (excluding Saturdays & Sundays).

For cases where guests separate from the group to visit relatives, it is mandatory to sign a commitment to separate from the group and the company will not be responsible for any arising costs. You are responsible for going to the airport and checking in for domestic flights yourself.

Natural disasters – storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes, epidemics….
Security incidents – terrorism, protests.

Not being allowed to exit or enter the country for personal reasons

After the Company announces the deposit, if you do not pay the deposit, it means you have not completed the payment procedure and are considered to have voluntarily canceled the tour.
