- Cancellation from 10 to 15 days before departure date: Cancellation fee is 30% of tour price.
- Cancellation from 5 to 10 days before departure date: Cancellation fee is 50% of tour price.
- Cancellation from 3 to 4 days before departure date: Cancellation fee is 75% of tour price.
- Cancellation from 0 to 2 days before departure date: Cancellation fee is 100% of tour price.
- For tours during holidays and Tet, customers please do not cancel, refund, or change tours.
- In case of bad weather (rain, wind) but the tour is still allowed to operate, if customers voluntarily cancel the tour, they will be charged 100% of the tour price.
TOUR CANCELLATION BY COMPANY OR DUE TO OBJECTIVE REASONS:– If Cat Ba Du Ky cannot operate the tour due to subjective reasons, the company will notify and refund the full amount paid by customers within 3 days.
- In case of tour cancellation due to objective force majeure events such as natural disasters, epidemics, flight/trip cancellations of public transport, Cat Ba Du Ky will refund the money or support changing the departure date according to customer requests.
